Now in the syrup section you will find 5 different kinds. We love to add ice cream to our pies and then drizzle on a little syrup. It makes a beautiful dessert and the taste is unbelievable. They also make a  great topping on pancakes, ice cream, in milk shakes, and on hot biscuits and butter. For other uses for our homemade syrups, Just let your imaginations run; or you can check in our free recipe box for other scrumptious ideas.

Just smell that homemade bread cooking. In our bakery you will find  2 oz dinner rolls, a pan of  rolls ,a demi loaf and Mama Dan's special southern biscuits. Our yeast rolls are all made from our own recipe and you can find it on page 53, Hayes Flippens Rolls, in Mama Dan's Southern Cookbook.

You will be shopping next in our canning department. Here you will find Preserves and Jams made with our own fruit and Mama Dan's old timey recipes. Our Butters are an old fashion delight, with just the right amount of spice and cooked slow like grandma used to. Oh yeah, If you want something special try the flitters in Mama Dan's Cookbook. People would drive for miles to eat Mama Dan's fried country ham and flitters with our apple butter for breakfast.

As you are nearing the end of our store there is one more counter you must see. It is our canned Fried Pie crust and Fruit Fillings. This is our original recipe so you can make them at home just like we do.
